The Elite School of Plastering
The Elite School of Plastering is a construction school based in Salford and Prestwich, Manchester. We deliver courses aimed at people and organisations who need access to intensive construction training. The courses are for adults from the age of 16 upwards.
The career paths on offer include the following areas in construction; plastering, plumbing, tiling, kitchen fitting and bricklaying.
Our speciality is helping students into paid work and nothing gives us a bigger thrill than helping our students set up in business. Whether it is working part time or full time we have a course to fit the needs of most people interested in construction. Support is also offered on completion of the courses and students can be reassured they are not left on their own with no answers when difficult tasks confront them.
Careers
The Elite School of Plastering have managed to actively help a new number of new business start up in construction services throughout the Northwest over the past three years. Recently we have seen a decline in the commercial sector but many of our ex students are managing to secure projects in the private sector. We believe that our commitment to the students who have trained with us is the key to their success.
DIY
We also welcome enquiries from those who are looking to expand their DIY know how. Our 4 Day courses are the ideal stepping stone into the area. Even though they are very intensive we somehow manage to create a unique atmosphere where not only will you have a laugh, but in many cases you are likely to build up close bonds with other students and tutors. We also work with organisations looking to outsource their training needs and can customise course content to suit specific needs. We can prepare unique packages for young people who are classified as ‘Not in Education, Employment or Training’ or for organisations who are releasing staff with mass redundancy.
